- Take one quarter tablespoon of baking soda and add it to a spray bottle filled with water.
- Shake the bottle well to dissolve it completely.
- Now, spray the moldy area with this solution.
- Then, take a sponge or a scrubbing brush and remove entire mold from the infected surface.
- After that, rinse the surface using water to get rid of any residual mold on the surface.
- Repeat the process as needed.
2.) Borax to Clean Mold
Borax is another great alternative to chemical toxic products. It has a pH level of 9 and has a low toxicity. It is generally used as a deodorizer and cleaner for cleaning drains and toilets. It also has excellent herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide qualities.
Directions:
- To get rid of mold using borax, you will need to make a borax-water solution by mixing one cup of borax in one gallon of water.
- Now, you will need to vacuum up any loose mold to lower the number of bacteria.

- Take some white distilled vinegar. You can it from your nearby supermarket easily.
